If not, and you have a question about a product or need website or Choral Club support please email service@lorenz.com. The call center reps at our distributor can take your order over the phone and answer more general questions.
We do our best to reply to emails within 24 business hours of receiving them. Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Eastern, so emails that are sent over the weekend can take up to 48 hours, especially during August, September, and January. We’re a small team that takes great care to read each message throughly and write individual, supportive replies. We appreciate your patience!
